Grow a Garden codes are usually cosmetic decorations rather than Sheckles or seeds, and the pool is small. Redeem them through the in-game Settings menu. A note on torigate's history, since trackers disagreed for a while: we moved it to expired on 13 July 2026 when Beebom retired it, then restored it on 20 July after the developer's own X announcement confirmed it working — and it has re-verified as active every week since (most recently 29 August, PCGamesN concurring). Beebom still calls it expired on a page refreshed 23 August, so the disagreement is now a live one rather than a stale-page artifact; the developer's announcement and PCGamesN's weekly checks continue to outrank it, but redeem torigate promptly if you want the Torii. Also note Grow a Garden 2 is a separate game with its own codes (TEAMGREENBEAN etc.); those do not work in the original.

Set your expectations first: every code on the current verified list (as of August 2026) unlocks a cosmetic garden decoration — not Sheckles, not seeds. Codes have historically included currency drops and rare seed packs, but the recent pool has been cosmetics-only, and we mark each code's actual reward in the table above rather than promising loot it doesn't give.
So treat codes as free decoration pickups, not a progression shortcut. Your farm's economy — crop choice, mutations, selling at the right multipliers — runs entirely on gameplay. If the developer brings back Sheckle or seed-pack codes at a future event, the table above will say so; don't structure your play around code drops.
When codes appear
The developer releases codes at every event (Mutation Hunt, Lightning, Winter), plus occasional milestone codes. Expiration is short — sometimes only a few days — so check back when an event launches.
