Working right now

Adopt Me only rarely releases codes. As of 13 July 2026 two are live: PROUDFROG (a Pride Month sticker, expected to retire when the Summer Event starts) and 2xCOPPERKEY (a one-hour boost). One tracker also lists AWTRUCK2024, EASTERBUNNY and PETDAY2025 as working, but every other tracker marks those expired, so we leave them off. Codes are redeemed at the Code Redemption Kiosk in the Safety Hub, not the old Twitter bird. Treat any site advertising 'free Bucks' codes with suspicion — almost all are fake or long expired.

Why Adopt Me codes matter (and why they don't)

Adopt Me codes typically reward Bucks — the game's main currency, used for buying eggs and some shop items. The rewards have shrunk over the years; modern codes give 50–200 Bucks each, which isn't enough to meaningfully alter trading or open many eggs. But the codes still circulate at every major event drop because they're free.

A useful habit is to redeem every active code as soon as you log in for the day. It takes twenty seconds. Don't expect them to be a path to a Shadow Dragon — they're a small regular bonus, not a strategy.

When new Adopt Me codes drop

Codes are usually announced around three triggers: major game updates (pet egg launches, map changes), social-media follower milestones, and holiday events. The Adopt Me development team posts most codes on their X (Twitter) account and the in-game news feed.

Avoiding fake "code" sites

Adopt Me codes are short strings — usually all caps with no spaces or special characters. Any "code" that asks you to enter your username, password, or Roblox PIN to redeem is a phishing scam. Roblox does not require login to redeem codes; you redeem them inside the running game.
