How PS99 trading values are priced

Pet Simulator 99's market is built around Huges — giant variants of base pets that drop at extremely low rates from special eggs and event content. The community prices everything in Diamonds (the in-game premium currency), and the gap between a normal pet and its Huge variant is enormous. A Huge Cat is millions of times more valuable than a base Cat in trade terms.

Above Huges sits a smaller tier of Titanics — exclusives roughly an order of magnitude rarer again. Titanic Cat and Titanic Storm Agony at the top of the food chain are mostly collector items at this point, traded between high-end players.

The calculator weights values by demand. Exclusive Huges (Pixel Cat, Error Cat) carry insane-demand multipliers because they can't be re-acquired. Standard Huges have lower multipliers because new copies enter the market every day.

What the verdict means

A 5% gap in demand-adjusted value reads as fair — typical noise. Bigger gaps light up as "you win" or "you lose." Large numerical totals mean the absolute Diamond gap can look huge while still being inside that 5% band — read the percent next to the verdict rather than the raw number.

Trading tips for PS99

Watch for value resets

Pet Simulator 99 periodically deflates the economy with patch-level changes — a new top Huge can shift the market by 20–30% overnight. Don't fixate on a value from a week ago if there's been a major update.

Exclusives vs farmable

The biggest single factor in Huge value is whether it's still farmable. Once a Huge moves to "exclusive" status — no longer in any current egg — its trade value usually triples inside a month.

FAQ

What about Shiny pets?

Shinies are roughly 5× the base trade value for the same pet, though the multiplier varies. This calculator's values are for non-shiny variants.

Why are some Huges shown in billions?

That's the actual community price. PS99's Diamond economy inflates fast; nine-digit and ten-digit Huge values are normal at the top of the market.

Are values in Diamonds the same as in-game costs?

No — the in-game shop has its own pricing model. These are community trade values, which can differ from shop prices for the rare items that are even buyable in-shop.
